Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By connecting a WhatsApp Business account, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the business and agree to these terms on its behalf.

2. The service

Devorbis AI provides automation for WhatsApp customer conversations. This site lets you grant Devorbis AI access to your WhatsApp Business account through Meta's Embedded Signup. Commercial terms for the automation service are agreed separately.

3. Your responsibilities

• You have admin rights to the Meta Business portfolio and phone number you connect.
• You comply with the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy, including obtaining any opt-ins required to message customers.
• You provide accurate information about your business and its offerings.
• You do not use the service for unlawful, misleading or abusive messaging.

4. Meta's terms

WhatsApp is operated by Meta. Meta's WhatsApp Business terms and policies apply to your use of WhatsApp in addition to these terms. Meta may charge for conversations according to its pricing; any such charges are described in your Devorbis AI agreement.

5. Data

We process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion at any time via our Data Deletion page.

6. Disconnecting

You may disconnect at any time by removing Devorbis AI from Meta Business Settings or by contacting us. We may suspend access if you breach these terms or Meta's policies.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Devorbis AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outages or changes in Meta's platform outside our control.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and will change the "Last updated" date above.
