What access does Devorbis AI need?
During setup, you grant Devorbis AI permission to manage your selected WhatsApp Business account and send/receive messages on your behalf. We receive an encrypted business access token and account identifiers. We never access your Facebook password. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I use WhatsApp Business app simultaneously?
Yes. You can continue chatting directly from the WhatsApp Business app on your phone while Devorbis AI handles automated conversations. Your chat history remains on your phone.
How do I disconnect or remove my data?
Open Meta Business Settings, go to Integrations (Business integrations), and remove Devorbis AI. You can also contact us at info@devorbis.com and we will delete your data. See Data Deletion for step-by-step instructions.
What do I need to get started?
