Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove Devorbis AI's access and ask us to delete your data at any time.

1. Request deletion by email

Email info@devorbis.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and include:

  • your business name;
  • the WhatsApp phone number that was connected;
  • an email address where we can confirm the deletion.

To protect your account, we may ask you to confirm the request from an address associated with the business.

2. What we delete

  • the encrypted business access token for your WhatsApp account;
  • your WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID and business ID;
  • onboarding status records and message content we hold for your account;
  • contact details you provided to us, unless we must keep them by law.

3. Timeframe

We delete your data within 30 days of a verified request and send you a confirmation. Residual copies in encrypted backups are overwritten in the normal backup cycle (within 35 days). We may retain limited records where required by law, such as invoices.

4. Remove the app from Meta Business Settings

To revoke Devorbis AI's access immediately:

  1. Go to Meta Business Settings (business.facebook.com/settings) and select your business portfolio.
  2. Open Integrations (or Business integrations).
  3. Find Devorbis AI in the list and select Remove.
  4. Confirm the removal.

Removing the integration stops us from accessing your WhatsApp account. To also delete the data we already hold, send the email request above.
