Before you start

  • Admin access to your Meta Business portfolio

    Sign in with a Facebook account that is an admin of your business portfolio.

  • Your WhatsApp Business app phone number

    Have the number you use in the WhatsApp Business app ready.

  • Your phone nearby

    You will confirm the connection by scanning a QR code or approving it in the app.

  • Pop-ups allowed

    Setup opens in a pop-up window. Allow pop-ups for this site if your browser asks.
